During the first three months of my internship at Sub-Zero Group, I analyzed social media performance using Sprout Social to evaluate content effectiveness and inform data-driven decisions. I tracked key metrics including impressions, views, engagement, and audience growth to identify trends in user behavior and content performance. By translating these analytics into actionable insights, I supported strategic content decisions that enhanced engagement and strengthened overall brand visibility.

Tracked total impressions over time to evaluate content visibility and audience reach. This dashboard reflects performance from June through August, during which organic impressions increased by 35%, driven by my contributions to owned social content and campaign support.

I helped develop and refine messaging for key initiatives, including the Living Kitchen magazine, Kitchen Design Contest, and product promotion campaigns. By tailoring content to specific audiences and incorporating more targeted, educational messaging, I contributed to increased visibility and stronger overall brand exposure across platforms.

Engagement & Interaction

Analyzed engagement metrics, including likes, comments, and interactions, to evaluate audience response and identify content patterns. By assessing which formats, messaging styles, and topics performed best, I refined content direction to better align with audience behavior. Through adapting tone, optimizing messaging, and incorporating SEO keywords, I helped drive stronger engagement and ensure content aligned with key performance goals.

Monitored audience growth and performance trends to evaluate long-term impact and content effectiveness. By analyzing follower growth and engagement patterns, I identified opportunities to refine content strategy and better align with audience behavior. I tailored content to specific audiences, including dealers, distributors, and Kitchen Design Contest participants, while incorporating more educational, product-focused messaging. These adjustments contributed to sustained audience growth and improved overall performance throughout the summer.
